eaterouter from franklin wi said :A long time customer of R S, finaly called it quits. The servers uniform was very soiled. A definate appetite killer. Overall cleaniness was also lacking. A server was outside picking up trash and upon rentering the resturant continued with her duties, without washing her hands.Booths were soiled and torn. Carpeting was very soiled.
